At Ness Electronics, Inc, we strive to ensure your technical components and equipment meet your exact specifications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, resaleable condition.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
